Major Scale Made Easy - Master it All Over The Neck, In Any Key, With "The Octave Trick"

The major scale is the foundation of pretty much all music in the western world.
That's why we created this super-easy guide to help you master it! Using just one core shape with two related shapes, you can cover the whole neck with the major scale in any key you like.

It uses "The Octave Trick".
We've used it in other guides before - it's a REALLY effective way of learning scales all over the neck. You only need one small shape for each scale!
If the scale is the same in every octave then all you have to do is learn one octave, then learn where the root notes are, and you can play the scale all over the neck with ease.
This is the basis behind Pentatonic Scale Secrets and Guitar Scales Revealed - they both use this as a base and then take it all the way, creating some super effective lessons.
